Well, the wagu is hard to come by, but you can probably get arugula somewhere. It is just a slightly bitter tasting lettuce, or green, or whatever. Not really a big deal, but many people do enjoy it.
If you have a Costco nearby it is worth joining just to get the beef, you can actually get “PRIME” beef there, like restaurants serve.
We have gotten some melt-in-your mouth delicious steaks from Costco.
BTW, the comments over at NRO to the piece are pretty good, they have a pretty rollicking thread going on.
