The flood of illegals crossing over the border into the U.S. is an issue that’s become critical in recent days, largely due to the inactivity on the part of the White House to do anything about the situation.
Many states, such as Texas, are sick of waiting on the president to take action, so they have created armed units to shut down the border without the help of the federal government.
Ranchers have been getting attacked by illegals and border patrol units have been shot at by cartels and Mexican military choppers, yet Obama and his cronies have not lifted a finger to enforce federal law.
Choosing to ignore the law has many saying that the president has orchestrated this crisis as a means of gaining political favor with minorities and expand the voter base, making the influx of illegals a human smuggling ring.
One such supporter of this view is Albert Spratte, the sergeant-at-arms for the National Border Patrol Council who shared his strong opinion about the government’s handling of this situation with the media.

Albert Spratte, the sergeant-at-arms of the National Border Patrol Council, Local 3307 in the Rio Grande Valley, said the Obama administration is largely to blame for waves of illegal immigrants that have been flooding the Southwest U.S. border since February, saying the government opened the door for the crisis by making it “clear they’re not going to deport people.”
Spratte, who was speaking with CNSNews.com as a representative of the union, further said “we don’t have control of the border,” and if the Obama administration claims it is not in effect giving amnesty to the illegals, then “don’t believe them.”
Also, by allowing so many young illegal aliens to be released into this country, “the U.S. government has become a part of the smuggling business,” he said.
“This is Washington’s problem to fix. This administration has made it pretty clear they’re not going to deport people, with things like the DREAM Act and all that,” Spratte told CNSNews.com during an interview on June 22 in McAllen, Texas, currently the busiest zone of the Rio Grande Valley Sector of the U.S.-Mexico border.
Spratte is right. One of the actual legitimate purposes of the federal government is for the protection of the United States border. They have epically failed to accomplish this task, and it appears this was done by design.
The federal government needs to mobilize the National Guard to support efforts being made at the border to stop illegals from gaining entrance to the country. On top of that, immigration laws need to be enforced and illegals need to be sent home. Failure to do this is a violation of the president’s oath of office, and he should be impeached for refusing to comply.

the $2 Billion obozo is requesting from congress to build and supply shelters for this illegal onslaught should go directly to constructing and completing a border fence. That fence will fix about 99% of the problem.

The feds are deliberately ignoring the situation, because they are complicit in this whole sheme. The border states are also ignoring the situation, due to the potential to disrupt business and political interests. The people not involved with this whole scheme have no legal recourse or government to turn to. So, in a situation that we are currently in, when will the people decide to cut the government loose, strip them of any powers that they have, and set about fixing our porous borders once and for all?

There should have been two arrest warrants issued for Eric Holder and Barack O Drama....and all the HS Agents who helped in this fiasco that exploited children with human trafficing, child abuse, child endangerment, exposing children to known felons, and paying for child transportation across state lines for unknown purposes.
They will stop the militia.
They will move the “refugees” into Red States.
They will re-unite the “refugees” with their (extended) families in those states.
And, when they finally force through Amnesty with “a path to citizenship” those states will turn Blue.
Of course he is in the smuggling business! Not only is he encouraging human smuggling, but if this is what he is doing with his right hand, nobody seems to be paying attention to his left hand. Just as the GOPe is nothing more than the other arm of the same body democrat body, running interference for them, this human smuggling is a very clever way to distract from much more sinister items being smuggled.
The Mexican military is obviously in bed with the drug cartels as they allow these Central Americans to cross the whole of Mexico, knowing damn well that this flooding of ‘immigrants’ on our border ties up our resources giving free reign for drugs, terrorists, and potentially even WMD’s. For the few times that the smugglers run into our BP, the Mexican military just sends a chopper to fire off rounds at our agents, clearly stating “don’t f**k with our deliveries!”
Further, the damn Mexican military essentially kidnaps a US citizen Marine and Obama does NOTHING! Perhaps he’s even sending them more AK pattern rifles to reward them.
This whole thing is a win-win for the Obama regime because we do nothing! He is destroying our nations borders -win, by tying up resources he is allowing the multi-billion dollar cartel business (of which democrats undoubtedly profit from) to flourish, and if there is a plan in the works for jihadists to enter our country with WMD’s now is the ideal time to transport such across the border.
