The mission statement of Dignitas News Service is to help spread conservatism into traditionally Democratic strongholds and to break what we feel is the liberal-Progressive "Maginot Line," which is one held together by lies and fear. Gary Youngston is a young voice, still in college, whose story we felt deserving of publication. We welcome his contribution and believe he is part of a new wave of young leaders who will help us all change the political landscape and reclaim America from the grip of Progressive darkness.

The white liberals hate The Honorable Elijah Muhammad because they know their present position in the power structure stems form their ability to deceive and to exploit the Negro, politically as well as economically. Late in life (and possibly the cause of his assassination), Malcolm X spoke out against Elijah Muhammad and Elijah's black separatist movement.
MLK also spoke out against Elijah Muhammad's/NOI's black separatist/black supremacist rhetoric.
Louis Farrakahn was the one who took the NOI BACK to a black nationalist identity after Elijah's son worked to tone done that rhetoric.

Nice, but the writer needs to learn that the Democrats fought to MAINTAIN SLAVERY. Additionally, “Jim Crow” was a DEMOCRATIC PARTY INVENTION.
Furthermore, the DEMOCRATIC PARTY FILIBUSTERED THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT.

Thanks for posting this. MLK was the leader of the “integrationists”. Doesn’t this mean he was a monoculturist? Doesn’t a multiculturalism imply separate but equal cultures? Are not multiculturalists therefore neo-segregationists?

Malcom X was a tough puddermucker. Got to give him that.
When I think about black "leaders" like slimey Al Sharpton and slick pants Jesse Jackosn, you realize the African Americans took on 100 years of additional slavery by following those "leaders".
The lefties annointed those clowns because they would follow the plaintation masters.

When I was in college during the "X" fad in the early 90's, I was tasked with reading "The Autobiography of Malcolm X" by Alex Haley. The assignment was given to me by my Afrocentric English teacher who wore a necklace with a continent of Africa emblem. I found that almost all of the black students and teachers who were into 'X' only identified with the early flaming racists Malcolm X, not the one that was killed by the Nation of Islam. If you only read the first half of the autobiography, you will miss the best part. The best part is when Malcolm X realizes the lies and deceit of the Nation of Islam and denounces them. His trip to Mecca convinced him that Elijia Mohammed and his ilk were a force for evil.
I enjoyed reading it, but it was not the experience my afrocentric teacher thought I was getting.
I used to get a kick out of asking any random black student wearing an X cap, "what was Malcolm X's real last name"....none of them had a clue.
Answer: "Little"

congratulations. you’ve beaten your initial indoctrination.
the next thing you need to understand is that today’s republican doesn’t mean conservative.
instead of malcolm, i suggest you start to study the founders and framers of America from the 15th century onwards. then start to understand that their ideas come from God Himself.

Mr. Youngston, welcome to the Republicans. You might be called names by the left, but if you need some reinforcements - read Walter E. Williams, Thomas Sowell, Herman Caine and look at the judicial writings of Clarence Thomas.
Also, visit Senator Tom Scott or JC Watts...or future Senator T W Shannon.

GREAT article! I dont think its as tough to be a Latino Republican (as I am) as it is for someone who is black, but I can relate to some of the things in this article. When I came “out of the closet” I took some heat. But when you break it down to people, their is only one truth, liberals are evil.
