To give you my humble opinion, I don't think any candidate for any party can or will do anything. This is like a war. Unless one party controls everything with a massive super-majority nothing will get done. I would say the USSC needs to have their wings clipped back a bit through legislation. More justices for sure. Right now this country is being run by one vote. That vote comes from one justice in a black robe on the United States Supreme Court and I'm sick of it.
