And realize now, we here have high school seniors graduating who have no memories of the Cowboys being a good football team.
That should worry Jerry Jones more than anything, because the mystique the franchise had is quickly fading.
Lacrosse is a great sport, very fast, pretty darn violent. I love football but if lacrosse replaced it on the top of the heap I could cope with that. Of course what kids play as kids isn’t always an indication of what they’ll watch as adults. Soccer has been the #1 kid participant sport in America for a long time now, and while its ratings have been growing it’s still pretty far down the “also ran” heap.
