Back when we didn’t have computers to use for such things and no way to easily look up records by number, we tried to alphabetize as much as we could and we always waited till the end of the month to organize things. Always.

I've worked in the courthouse filing BCs and every other legal document. These are file stamped in numberical order immediately. They are never put off until the end of the month, week, or even day. Every document is always kept in order and their numbers reflect that. A-hat's BC didn't get put in a stack and left there. We're talking legal documents, not if Billy was tardy.

“Mrs. Lee said the BC’s from each of the regions/batches were put in chronological order by the date/time of birth as they came in, and at the end of the month the BC’s were numbered by regions/batches. This fits what we know from the CDC’s documents describing how the microfilms from Hawaii were organized.” From: http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/hawaii-bc-numbering-system1.pdf

Mrs. Lee is Verna Lee, who is said to have signed Obama’s “original” birth certificate—the long form. Corsi interviewed her, he said. She said that on her watch, there would be no errors or mistakes in the procedure.

If the documents were numbered this way, then there’s no way Obama could have a higher number than the Nordykes, unless he wasn’t born in the hospital where they were born or he wasn’t born when he claims he was born.
