The divers must have notified every passenger that Fuddy was being taken in to protective custody since otherwise the divers would have been mentioned by the passengers. It so unusually that it likely would be one of the first things out of their mouths.

This is a very risky way to take someone into protective custody, and prone to failure.

Fake a crash landing to take someone into protective custody with all these moving parts seems ridiculous when you say it out loud, doesn’t it? I’ve told this to Butter here many times...there are much easier ways to either “off” someone or make them disappear than this nonsense.

How can you say if it’s prone to failure, if it’s never been tried before?

How many aircraft do you think were on scene when this crash occurred? How many people were available to help in case there were any problems? What do you think? What do you think the records will end up suggesting?

Don’t forget the USCG rescue swimmers and helicopter crews. Also the Maui Rescue and Fire Department helicopter crew and swimmers. And the doctors, nurses and paramedics and news media and coroners. And any witnesses on the beach.
