I’m going to play with Palemoon, which is based on Mozilla, but can be customized to specific requirements.

This isn’t because I think I can alter their liberal thinking, after all it *is* (still, sorta-kinda) a free country and I don’t expect everyone will agree with me, but because Firefox has been becoming increasingly unstable with memory leaks and other issues going unaddressed.
Thankfully, we have the freedom of choice.

I started using Dolphin on my tablet and phone. Installed Palemoon on my laptop last night. So far so good.

Palemoon is not only based on Mozilla but Owned by Mozilla. Not sure that is much of a protest, kinda like going from Internet Explorer 8 to Internet Explore 9.
