You’d have to be EXTREMELY bigoted or stupid to hire someone for 23% more IF their contribution were the same.
That point continues to elude liberals. I brought that up to one of my lib sisters (who made considerably more money at her career than I did at mine). She told me men just like to be sexist even if they lose money. I told her that was an exceptionally stupid argument. Any business that overpaid workers for sexist reasons would find themselves out of business in a short while.
She didn't want to hear any rational arguments, she wanted to believe the lib canard about women being oppressed.
