There is a slight difference between what Japan did and what the Chinese are doing now. Was Japan threatening to nuke us in the 1980s? China has other designs on us besides investment. I don’t know what they are, but they are not our friend, and not a friendly competitor.
I am against open globalization and always have been. It is a faced that we can all live together and sing kumbaya.
