Todd Starnes opened up a can of worms last week by reporting the actions of Christian hater Mikey Weinstein, director of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation. “Mikey the Intolerant” demanded the Air Force Academy remove a Bible verse posted on a cadet’s whiteboard. Academy stall determined from Mikey’s complaint that Galatians 2:20 created a hostile academic environment.
Though Mr. Weinstein claimed that 29 cadets and four faculty and staff members complained to him about the offending scripture, most likely it was only one anonymous cadet with a cellphone. A little over two hours later the brave officers of the Academy facility volunteered the cadet to remove the offending passage. After removing the gospel they happily reported back to Commissar Mikey that his will had been done. The Commissar was upset when he learned the cadet wasn’t flogged for his beliefs. He is demanding punishment as an example to silence people of faith in uniform. Of course, religion in the American military predates the Constitution.

Air Force Academy Cadets have decided to fight back. Angry after the ordered removal of biblical verses, several cadets–in a show of solidarity–posted scripture from the Bible and the Quran on their own whiteboard. Offended by the pushback, Mikey had a hissy fit and is ordering the Academy to punish the upstarts.

I e-mailed Senator Bennet-and other who profess to be from Colorado —yet are AWOL in looking into this. Senator Bennet did reply -but it seems he agrees more with the atheist MRFF than with the constitution which he seems not to understand.I think I rubbed him the wrong way by telling he can remain Ignorant of the Constitution and continue to defend modern Myth but he cannot claim to support or defend what he misrepresents in his ignorance.Supporting the unconstitutional “endorsement test” invented by Sandra Day O’Connor does not support nor defend the First Amendment.
Is mikey a muslim? He sure looks like one ...
Its gotta be real difficult to live every day consumed with as much hatred as Mikey does. As a Christian I am compelled to pray for him. As a veteran I wish he would stay away from my military.. As an American I wish someone would explain the Constitution to him.
As a freedom-loving American, I wish someone would beat the crap out of him.
