Is there a council of sorts for Hebrew Roots groups which sets the proper English spelling so all will be correct?

Instead of forming councils, doctrines, and etc. the Hebrew Roots movement is about finding the truth. It encompasses all denominations. There are no central leader/committee/council/group or etc.

And lastly, the most beautiful aspect of the name YHWH comes from it's ancient root: The meaning by way of Hebrew pictographs is 'Behold the hand, behold the nail'. Why would I use another?

I asked this to another earlier but did not get an answer. Perhaps you will. How I understand we derive "YHWH" today actually came from the later Hebrew influenced by the Babylonian exile. This is what I asked: From the chart below how do you derive "YHWH" from the pictographic early Hebrew?

Well for that matter, originals of anything - including Greek (except for fragments of either). Everything is now copies of copies.

There are thousands of copies of the Greek New Testament—it is orders of magnitude better attested than any other ancient literary work—and so the contents of the autographs can be reconstructed to a very high degree of accuracy.

Of the alleged Hebrew original, however, we have no copies of anything.

But there is Shem-Tov's Hebrew Matthew, and a possible Hebrew manuscript of Acts alluded to.

The Shem Tov Hebrew dates from the 14th century, not the first, and "possible" is not "actual."

As regards an original Hebrew New Testament, you have nothing but conjecture and supposition.

I asked because I have seen several different spellings of the Name Jesus Christ in Aramaic/Hebrew here and also of the Name YHWH.

The contention was that there are Hebrew "puns" that got lost when translated into Greek. Yet, we have early Greek manuscript copies and fragments by the thousands and no such things in Hebrew.

Nor have any of those who hold to the Hebrew puns mentality ever told us what any of them are.
