Its not just one judge and one Secretary of State. Arizona’s Bennett took the additional step of seeking confirmation from Hawaii.
Every state’s Secretary of State cleared Obama for the ballot and in the 2012 election cycle, there were 52 eligibility challenges to Obama’s credentials heard in courts across the nation, from Alaska to Florida and from New Hampshire to Arizona. No judge or appeals court justices in any of those 52 legal challenges (in more than 20 different states) ruled that Obama was ineligible.

The Secretary of State in Kansas, Kris Kobach, also got a Certified Letter of Verification from Hawaii.
“I have no doubts now, Kobach says, of Obama’s birthplace.”

Hey Obot, you can link faulty court opinions or other nonsense from state officials who have backbones like thin linguini. Has Obama evaah personally put his birf cert. in a court of law? Oh we can't have any of that can we? So what are you Obama-bots afraid of? Court Discovery. Just like the Foggy-OBot-Blowers who are smug and as ignorant pointing their dirty little fingers at foolish officialdom.

However, you'll likely get the court case in the Supreme Court of Alabama who are waiting for things to ripen as it simmers. Which which leads to you guys don't matter much because what's coming down the Obama pike is going to blow up your OBot world.

What's that old, dull, hackneyed comment you FloggyBlower say? "Any day now?" Your days are coming you scofflaws.
