Carl Gallups @ 0:10: I talked with Mike Zullo yesterday and he assures me...that major media is heavily involved...they are involved in this criminal case for certain...and will be released very soon. It was good to get confirmation of the names of the people involved in the media...big, big, big names.
This is going to be huge. So this is not going to go unnoticed. It is not going to go unreported like the last couple of conferences that Sheriff Arpaio did on the birth certificate where major media knew about it and showed up but would not report it. But now they're coming to Arpaio and Zullo. They know what's going on. They know some of it. They know bits and pieces of it and they're chomping at the bit and making their promises and lining up the ducks.
We don't have a date in March but they're still shooting for a late March conference and release of the criminal investigation and information...of the Universe Shattering information. The date of late March is still fluid. Don't panic!...Just hang on.
Now that major media is involved they're gonna want to time it with other events. They're gonna want to do some film footage and some interviews. The hard copy information that they have of this criminal activity that they have traced to the White House continues to pour in...continues to mount and so they're still in this huge investigation process...

Maybe the evidence is more recent and within any statute of limitations?
Thus the older items like the birth doc number, newspaper hardcopy, no pregnancy, and archives record become supporting points around a main, newer one.

True or document fraud? Relevant. Obama defrauded the state of Arizona again and the people of Maricopa country by virtue of running in 2012 for president again, and again being on the presidential AZ ballot, the statutes of limitation's clock starts all over again.

An Arizona judge ruled that Obama is a natural born citizen for purposes of being on the ballot in that state:

Obama fake BC has been certified by no one. Hawaii has played word games with the public as in Garbage-In-Garbage-Out (GIGO). Hawaii has used Obama spewing late filings, amendments, alterations, replacements, and other administrative changes. All "HI legal" and all bullcrap, and the HI statutes are in conflict with Federal Immigration laws.
Yes, as I recall, many states have similar ballot statement docs. Obutts are in trouble on so many levels. :-)

I believe that a court’s ruling and a state’s Chief Election Official’s ruling carry legal weight. Those rulings are not speculations on what MIGHT happen, they are the facts of what actually HAS occurred.
The Hawaii Verification Letter was good enough for a Republican Secretary of State to approve Obama for the ballot. That’s the bottom line.

Time will tell. The bottom line ODumb is that Obama has and is continuing to defraud the country. The bottom line is that SoS Bennett has been fooled and defrauded as well as the state judge with his faulty ruling who also has been defrauded, which his ‘opinion’ won’t mean much of anything in the near future..., and not that it matters much of anything in the here and now.

Its not just one judge and one Secretary of State. Arizona’s Bennett took the additional step of seeking confirmation from Hawaii.
Every state’s Secretary of State cleared Obama for the ballot and in the 2012 election cycle, there were 52 eligibility challenges to Obama’s credentials heard in courts across the nation, from Alaska to Florida and from New Hampshire to Arizona. No judge or appeals court justices in any of those 52 legal challenges (in more than 20 different states) ruled that Obama was ineligible.
The Secretary of State in Kansas, Kris Kobach, also got a Certified Letter of Verification from Hawaii.

U.S. District Court Judge Henry T. Wingate in Mississippi has had a copy of Obama’s birth certificate as well as a Hawaii Certified Letter of Verification for the long form Certificate of Live Birth provided for vhim by Obama’s attorneys since June 6, 2012.

Obama is not a defendant in the Alabama Supreme Court appeal. Its “Mc Innish & Goode v. Chapman.” Beth Chapman, the defendant, is the former Republican Secretary of State of Alabama. It is the Alabama Secretary of State who is being sued, not Obama.
The Alabama Supreme Court could conceivably take away Alabama’s Electoral votes from Obama except Mitt Romney won Alabama’s electoral votes.

The operative word above is “personally” as in has Obama given a genuine certified copy of his birf certificate to the court or any court, and not some copy found and printed from the Internet. Doesn’t matter by who and you’re not paying attention spamo-OBot.
