Question: Can a Black bakery refuse to make a Ku Klux Klan cake with a Confederate flag on it for a Klavern meeting? Must they make the cake under this law?
There was another website that proposed converting your business into a private club, and selling a membership for some token amount like $1 before a customer can access your services, since private clubs have much more legal leeway on who they can accept or reject you are free to refuse “membership” to anyone you desire.
