There’s blood in the water...
And it looks like Buck is switching out to run for Gardner’s House seat.
Just like anything that begins with “#”..
No info, no data.
Well, yay for whatever hashtag is doing hashtag things. And yay.
If he does that, good for him. A congressional run would be easier for Buck.
Colorado Ping ( Let me know if you wish to be added or removed from the list.)
I think in 2014 any one with just a little common sense can beat a demoncrat.
welcome news if true.
I like it. Gardner is probably our best bet for Senate. Buck was worrying me for governor but he can take Gardner’s district (I could take Gardner’s district if I ran as a Rupublican, there aren’t any Dems out there). RMGO is saying Brophy for governor which makes sense.
“And it looks like Buck is switching out to run for Gardners House seat.”

It’s GREAT to see cooperation such as that evidenced by Buck & Gardner. Conserve our ammunition for THE ENEMY and not waste it taking shots at other conservatives.
This bodes well for conservative chances in Colorado.
I can go with that.
I hope NM fields a good candidate to run against Marks characterless cousin Tom. It might not change anything, but two-faced politicians like Tom Udall shouldn’t have an easy go of it.
to post 10.
I largely agree.
If Buck tries for a US House seat and wins,
that would be great with me.
YES!
I agree, it’s a win-win for us. Gardner has a much, much better chance than Buck of beating Udall—I’d say that Gardner’s odds are no worse than 50% under the environment that is brewing for November, while Buck’s odds were maybe 25% even if he kept his foot out of his mouth. Meanwhile, the CO-04 is comfortably Republican under the current lines, so Buck would *really* have to screw up to lose that race.
CO is now looking as our 9th pickup (after SD, WV, MT, AR, AK, LA, NC and MI), which would give us 54 Senate seats, enough to hold on to the Senate even after our tough 2016 cycle.
I also read that Tom Tancredo will drop out of the governor’s race and Bob Beauprez is jumping in—if true, it’s another huge coup for the GOP. Bye bye, Hickenloser.
I’m then turning the guns on Iowa
Good idea; that’s a seat we can win with a strong candidate.
Tancredo dropping out (if Beauprez gets in) is only speculative. I’m not sure if Beauprez would be better. Like Asa Hutchinson in 2006, he lost badly in the open race for Governor (though Bill Owens, like Huckster, can claim responsibility for harming the GOP ticket).
