The GOP will attack the TEA PARTY in their eagerness
to continue open borders, IRS harassment,

a Prez only needs Speaker of House (to block impeachment motions)
and maybe a couple of controlled appointees on the S Ct?
and he can then apparently do any dam*ed thing he wants to America, using our tax money and our national resources against us (while building up our enemies all around the world)
when and if we get through all this krap, we definitely need to address the structural problems of the Office of the President

I think that the Constitution's Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I is another way, although not as extreme, to stop a despotic president. Clause 2 gives a congressional supermajority the power to overide presidential vetoes.
The problem is the Senate. There is no supermajority available in the senate that would vote for conviction. Democrat congress critters and democrat judges protect lawless democrats. Further, it is highly unlikely that there will be a supermajority of senators who would vote for impeachment after they are sworn in following the 2014 election. So the answer to the question posed as to why people are not speaking out is simple, it is pointless presently. Democrats will never impeach Obama. NEVER. Nor will they ever impeach marxists judges or eliminate runaway agencies. The conservative electorate is far more savy than people in DC think. We don’ waste our energy.

For reasons known only to Boehner, but appear to border on High Treason to the United States of America, Boehner as Speaker of the House, has failed his Constitutional Duty to begin Impeachment Proceedings on B. Hussein Obama.
Writing, reasoning or in any manner communicating with Obama will only increase his resolve that he is doing the correct Commie thing in his eyes and in the eyes of his former Pakistani Mentor and “bride.”
The Millions of Insured Americans that Obama has financially and medically damaged by Obamacare are just “Collateral Damage “ for the common Commie Good of The Utopian Society that will rise from the ashes of the America that Jarrett, Holder and Obama absolutely hate with every fiber of their sorry, sorry beings.
In Obama’s mind the Chinese and the Russians made mistakes with their brands of Communism, but the Commie Triangle of Jarrett—Holder—Obama will not make the same mistakes because he knows that he can do whatever he wants, and knows for certain THAT BOEHNER WILL NEVER RAISE A FINGER TO STOP HIM.
Thus to them, all is going well, ESPECIALLY if we complain, because they interpret our high level of pain as the correct pain of index necessary to achieve the death of the former America they hate.

In my humble, but USUALLY correct opinion, nothing will get better for us Americans until Boehner is removed as Speaker. His Constitutional Duty failure as Speaker borders on Treason.
Thus, our efforts should be directed at our Republican, Independent and Democrat, ( RID ), US House Representatives to DEMAND that Boehner Resign.
The pantywaist RINOs such as RINO Rep. Peter King of NY will run around with their hair on fire, screaming “THERE IS A SPLIT IN THE PARTY !”
Let them scream. I’m in this for my Children and Grandchildren, and I will NEVER put Party above Country EVER as their obsolete RINO screaming does.
For example, 3 days ago I asked my local RINOs secretary to send a letter to my un-named sorry RINO Rep requesting 3 things from him: 1.) Impeach Obama; 2.) Insist that Boehner Resign; and 3.) Support Trey Gowdy for Speaker Of The House.
Next week I will re-word, re-write and send it myself, by snail mail.
The next week, Registered Letter, etc.
My goal is a symbolic one: April 15, 2014 is the deadline for Boehner to become just another House Member from Ohio, and publicly stating to the Left Stream Media that he “wants to spend more time with his family.”
