It appears a business she was running/managing was sued. Lots of legal manipulations and changes of judge in the middle and start agains. Judge denies the plaintiff relief from paying their own legal fees and A declare bankruptcy so no garnishment from her bank account. So plaintiff goes after another facet of business ( possibly owner of building). He ends up paying under $100,000 total. Don’t see it as any indication of shady character more than likely poor business choices
