I'm not sure how to post this personal thread but here goes. Our daughter is in the ICU with pneumonia and the doctors say the next 24 hours are crucial to her recovery. She hasn't shown any improvement with the treatment she's received for the past three days. She went in the hospital the day after Christmas, spent her 40th birthday there on Friday and was moved to the ICU today.
So we are praying that the Good Lord will surround her with his blessings and protect her. Her just turned five year old son wasn't allowed to see her after she was moved to the ICU and he had been holding it all together pretty good until today. Please pray for her recovery, the doctors treating her, the nurses attending to her, and for her husband and her son. Her name is Rebecca and we want the Lord to be hearing her name from all corners of the country.
I ask for your prayers for myself also as I have the flu and will need my health back in order to help with our grandson and our daughter when she returns home as her recovery won't be easy.

This means so much to me. I am so glad I reached out to FR.. My niece in NY State told me we could have a sleepless night without a problem and I’m beginning to believe it. I am still fighting the flu but am not ready to go to bed yet.. Ordinarily I would have been in bed an hour ago.

Oh! So do I....Thank you so very much. Our son in law will bring our grandson over in the morning so he can be at the hospital and then come to take him to a friend’s who has little ones for him to play with later in the day. I held back on some of his birthday and Christmas presents so he can be pleasantly surprised at receiving another present..
