The coolest. He hangs out in the hallway, just to stymie the Daddoo, the biggest Ogre in the house.....

So I ventured out into the wind and the storm and the solid glowbull warmthing to see if my prediction back in post 152 was holding true. The Town has made a pass down the side road with their Solidified GW relocation device, but our driveway doesn't open on the side road that the Town maintains. It opens on a County Road and there is no evidence of a county governmental glowbull warmthing relocation device having passed this way.

I would guess that the County workers are all home in their onesies, sipping hot chocolate, and talking about.. Oh wait, that was another thread..

So as of this moment movement into and out of our driveway can be accomplished without the need on my part to exert either muscle power with the manual solidified GW relocating device, or needing to create a meaningful relationship with my antique John Deere at some ungodly hour in the early AM before sane people are up..

Now that my favorite cat of all time, my Rocket, has passed, we have three basement cats left: the ancient Lucas Prince of Darkness, Miss Hissy Slashy, and Shadow, the youngest.

Of all, Shadow is the smartest. She seems to be capable of “if this, then that” thinking. She amazes us sometimes, and she is playing hide-and-seek with the Kerblatch as we speak.

She knows how to mollify the Kerblatch when she wins, as well.
