Funny thing about South Africa’s constitution is what that country’s government says about it:

Of course the rights enumerated in that constitution are given by the government rather than being given by God or retained as natural rights of the people merely recognized by the government. Not mere coincidence that the list resembles that in the USSR’s constitution a great deal (and absolutely nothing like the US Bill of Rights), including the statement that everyone is “equal before the law” (why do commies like that phrase so much?)

Thank you for giving the details of what really went on. I never kept up with the Mandela story as it was unfolding years ago. Always bought into lame stream media back then. Now have a whole different outlook. This just adds to the distrust of all because they refuse to report the truth no matter the outcome.
Must say though my Father never liked the man and would be outspoken about it. As a young adult, I just blew it off. I have come to find out that my dad was 100 percent correct when it came to picking out communists and scumbags. God rest his soul!
