The substitution of state for church, of politician for priest, of government for God, these are the sources of human evil. Hubris is the human effort to become god. It is, in reality, the human as demon. Atheism is demonic. Government without subjugation to God is demonic. Only in the presence of God is the balance of man in nature achieved.
Man without God believes he controls the environment. So he requires all manner of environmental tinkering every aspect of which leads to greater imbalance.
Man without God believes he is the source of compassion. So he requires acts of sacrifice that end in the slaughter of innocents, the greatest holocaust in the history of the world.
Man without obedience to God is the source of all evil.

For communism to work, people must be transformed into complete altruists, who will work for the joy of working and the benefit of society.

In real life, most people work in order to get paid, to get the means by which they can accomplish whatever personal goals they have. If you take away the reward of "pay", then you take away the incentive to work. If I get paid the same as somebody who is half as productive as me, then I will work half the day, and socialize the other half, and still get my quota done.

Left to their own efforts, without power, humans who want to be God will fail and die. Those who refuse to move from the couch but expect to eat, would starve. It is the state that robs others to feed him that allows them to continue their imaginary Godhood.

I believe this is simply the punishment for violating the prohibition in the embrace of false gods. At that point G*D becomes silent and the end result always leads back to the smoking chimneys of Auswitz.

Today we can envision instead smoke rising from what remains of the cities after the single flash.
