Why is there no cry for impeachment is beyond me. But I guess the rules & laws are for only us little people!
It is about time they did this. Obama has refused to inforce federal laws with regard to immigration and 0ther issues. He has violated the Constitution that by oath he has promised to uphold. He should be removed from office.
For those of you”MORONS”who weren’t listening:When Obongo was asked(2008)how he felt about The US Constitution, his reply was:”I Find It To Be A Flawed Document”!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just watched Professor Turley’s opening statement. He’s an Obama supporter but a brilliant Constitutionalist. (Taught me in his first law school job at Tulane).
Very simply put, he believes that Obama’s refusal to enforce numerous laws, his changing of laws’ explicit provisions and the ever expanding and powerful federal agencies are a threat to the delicate balance of power implemented through our Madisonian form of government. And it is up to Congress to reign him in.
He’s right, but there will be no reigning in without a Republican, if not conservative, majority in both houses. The Dems would sacrifice the Republic for power.
Simon Lazarus doesn’t deal with fact but ascribes political motives to critics and intent to the authors of PPACA.
The law is quite clear on the issue of subsidies in state-run exchanges v. federally-run exchanges as the other witnesses have testified.

Ping to self and bookmarked. Good thread.
