Four members of the Dallas chapter of the pro-gun control group Moms Demand Action were meeting inside the Blue Mesa Grill on Saturday when 40 members of the anti-gun control group Open Carry Texas arrived outside the restaurant armed.
WHAT ARE THESE MEN DOING? No, they're not military defending our country or police responding to a mass shooting. They're members of Open Carry Texas and they showed up earlier today to protest a membership meeting being held by four members of Moms Demand Action inside a restaurant in Dallas. These men, armed with semi-automatic rifles, terrified customers and passersby.

I have to give OCT some credit here. At least they wised up and stopped mouthing off (before they get shot and killed), and arrested by LEO’s.

One of the dumbest, yes, but you do get to see how they lie (because they are pathological liars) again in trying to mis-characterize, demonize, and villify those who are on the side of freedom and liberty. Same stuff, different day.
You see? This is why no one around here likes you. This wasn't some knitting club the OCT was counter-protesting, these are Bloomberg's operatives that want to take our RKBA away.

These photos were taken next to a Black Eyed Pea restaurant. From a Google search it appears to be about 2 miles east of the Blue Mesa Grill. If so, it isn’t much of a “stake-out”.
Unfortunately, I agree. They know they can’t meet us head on and argue with us based on facts, so they do this instead.

Thanks for the research, I had just the pic on FB and didn’t know (or forgot) where it was taken for sure.
You would think if their cause was just, they could come up with some reality based criticism of gun ownership. Yet we are supposed to believe this poster is trying to advance some sort of discussion that is helpful to the public debate.
His post is a sign that his ideas are unwelcome and he knows it.
UPDATE: Shannon Watts told me on the phone that her outfit got the photos they posted on Twitter “from social media” and not from anyone inside the restaurant. She explained that she wants them prosecuted but that, despite her best efforts, Arlington police will not be prosecuting because MDA’s contact, Officer Burns (who is female, I’m told), does not believe that the group’s protesting with guns counts as “intimidation” in this case. Watts also told me that the women inside the restaurant were scared because Open Carry Texas is “like the Taliban” and could feasibly have planned to open fire.
Just cross linking the two threads on this same topic so FReepers can make up their own minds.

Slightly off topic; have you, or anyone else noticed the recent trend in the MSM of labeling any firearm related story with the words “terrified”, “fearful”,”afraid”, etc. ?
Somehow, I doubt this is a coincidence.
