Um, that was an inside joke. You must not watch breaking bad. The series ends tonight and that was one of the SARS of the show, talking about characters on the show. They were laughing at the context. The friend with cancer is fictional.

IIRC, the Rasmussen organization fired its founder, Rasmussen, and it has published wildly higher polls for Barry every since.
