The alarm went off on the purple car at midnight and we couldn’t get it shut off. Young man from across the street pulled a fuse - but now the turn signals and taillights don’t work. I have to drive Bill and Tom to school on the way to Weight Watchers.

The guy says he can get just the alarm disconnected, in daylight, so he’ll come over later today and make the essential stuff work. He can take the (expletive) radio out, too.
