I miss some of my old PC games too.
Probably would only work on an old computer running XP.
I have no idea. I haven’t gotten away from this place enough, yet.
Soon I will have more freedom though. I hope.
Taking baby to playground.
Go baby, it’s you chance at freedom!
My Nintendo was hooked up to my TV, and I got MUCH more use out of the TV that way! LOL!
I tried GTA 5 last night. All I did was free roam around the city.
I noticed it has a “Little Seoul” neighborhood. heh.
It got darker, raining more for a bit
I have CIVII, but I will have to put it on my “utility” computer, since it has WinXP, or lower (haven’t booted it up lately) and this is Win 7.
I’m hoping it doesn’t crash because I do NOT want Win 8!
And before you even GO there, I can’t afford any other programs, so please, don’t even suggest something like Linux...
I loathe Google anything.
**Cover mouth**
“..imux....ib...pree!!!!...”
Any search engine will do. I just meant finding things.
Seriously though, burn a copy of the Ubuntu 12.04 iso file to a CD/DVD as a backup. Just in case all goes wrong.
It’s pouring out there. I can tell. We have an aluminum roof.
If it costs me anything over a dollar, it’s not feasible. But if it helps, you are not the first person to suggest that.
I used to love to hear rain on the roof until I spent a summer in Reedsport, OR. There was a stationary Low that hovered over the campground for three weeks, and for those three weeks, there was never a break in the sound of the rain on the roof of our 5th wheel trailer...
I’m examining the internet for what clothes I want for the fall and winter. Cardigans are in this year. I like cardigans.
I like cardigans, too! You could do a lot worse, fashion-wise!
Ping! Mrs. Liberty’s bringing a recipe, so I’m sending up a flare...
(Linux is free)
(Ducking!)
Well, the last time I tried to install it, there was no end to the complications. It was probably “Operator Error,” but I still feel bad that I couldn’t install something that so many people swore by.
My brain capacity is probably much more than it was 20 years ago, due to constant stimulation, but the fact that things are difficult for me to assimilate still remains...I would need a SIMPLE step-by-step to install it properly...
And I apologize for that. I mean, who wants to take the time to walk me through the baby steps?
