Banality? Hardly. I love reading about your adventures! Even without your workhorse, you seem, to be getting enough through.
But it’s impossible to post pics if you can’t cut ‘n’ paste, which is very difficult (IE impossible) on a phone or tablet.

Here I am on the schoolroom computer, which is currently working, for reasons unclear to me. Tom and I were working on his application to Appalachian State, so maybe the schoolroom gremlins (or Pat) want him to go there.

I went to get my eye drops for the surgery next week, and was told yesterday that they “shouldn’t cost” me anything. HAH!
Not only did they cost, the first round (three separate types) stings.
The brownies are in the oven. We ended up using two packages of brownie mix with a layer of pretzels in between. If they turn out well, we will contribute them to a charity bake sale at the neighborhood carnival tomorrow ... and then make more for ourselves next week ;-). If they turn out badly, I’ll buy vanilla ice cream and we’ll eat it all with spoons.

I used them a lot when I was wearing contacts, but they were soothing and not stinging. This batch has to be put in four times a day til next week. Ungh....
