I think that the NSA stuff truly is the tip of the iceberg but just as in Congress exempting themselves from paying their "fair share" of Obamacare is a perfect example of what our "ruling class (Codevilla) is talking about.
Just like socialists and/or communists, there's "our rules" then there's "their rules" and this stuff is as sickening as King George and the nobility of old.
We're going to need to become Robin Hoods with Eric Holder's "Sheriff of Nottingham," enforcing for the bad King Richard who's stolen the rightful crown from the American People and all of Washington is in on the theft.
We MUST stop this and there's no time like the present to begin, now that we've seen the veils being pulled back. This is really ugly but those of us with the gift of exhortation must sound the clarion call to those who simply don't see it or worse yet, those who want to get in on the pig slop from the public trough.
Scarey...
The subject of this thread the hispanic (with accent) ex-McCain campaign and now ‘GOP consultant’ Ana Navarro is even grosser looking : #37 huge and not so pretty and as we seen very aggressive and obnoxious,.
Like professional wrestling, except wresting is unlikely to destroy the nation.
The more things change the more they stay the same. Boy, is that true. Take this current group of rulers, change their modern business suits for ermine cloaks, put them back in the fifteenth century and they would feel right at home—plotting, scheming and backstabbing with the worst of them. In those days differences were settled with swords, today they have to be more careful, they have to pretend to be more civilized but they are the same grasping, power hungry people as those who lived in the days of the kings. Demoracy did not really change anything, it just caused the power hungry to be more subtle. They are still alligators in suits.
The Dems want all the wild-eyed leftists stuff, the Repubs just want their place at the country club and they will go along with the Dems if push comes to shove. The Dems are mad and the Repubs are lacking conviction.
” My real knowledge of Australia is very superficial.
I believe I could live down there real easy”
Yes you could. been there, done that.
Are property values about the same? I’ve watched some shows where they talked about property values, but I wasn’t sure if they were truly representative or not.
It depends on where you live, just like it does here. If you want to live right in Sydney, you will pay around 70% of soCal values. If you live outside the city, prices go down by a large amount.
Isn’t Australia being ‘invaded’ too though?
How long before it looks like we do today, totally balkanized?
Not being invaded.
Good...
