Was Ted Cruz born in the U.S.?
He was born in Canada while his parents were working there. His mother was born in Delaware.
I thought I read that his father emigrated from Cuba, and that son Ted was born in Canada.
As for Rubio, I believe he is U.S.A. born, but his parents were not U. S. citizens as the time. However, this appears not to matter anymore, since Obama’s (reputed) father was not ever a citizen of the U.S.A.
