Yes, he was later coached by the prosecution to embellish his story in further interviews about hope, despair and blah blah blah making him say something he really didn’t believe. Nevertheless, I don’t think he was called to the stand because the defense would likely have cut him to pieces on the stand so it was just poor ole grieving mamma.

No doubt she has said she could not tell who’s voice it is. She will not lie for money........the biological mother who DID NOT RAISE him, but calls him her “angel in heaven”, was called and said it was his voice. Hopefully MOM can clear some of this up and also find a way to get the marijuana on the record. Jury needs to know about the dope. When in the world has a toxicology report from the deceased not been admissible in court. Makes no sense. This stinks to high heaven.
