John McCain (Ariz.) - liberal "republican" been working for immigration reform and to screw the conservatives for years.
Lindsey Graham (S.C.) - John McCain's minion, admirer of Ted Kennedy, pretends to be conservative but behind the scenes, works to screw them.
Jeff Flake (Ariz.) - McCain's colleague from Arizona, McCain strong-armed or duped him into being with him, and would probably take no refusal.
Orrin Hatch (Utah) - Senator since 1978, long time supporter and sponser of Dream Act, co-opted by his friend Ted Kennedy long ago
Dean Heller (Nev.) - Harry Reid's colleague from Nevada, probably strong-armed into supporting it. Reid probably has something on him like he did John Ensign.
Lisa Murkowski (Alaska)- Liberal "republican", hates conervatives, is only in office because democrats helped her win against Miller; always willing to help the democrats
Mark Kirk (Ill.) - Liberal "republican", would have voted with the democrats in any case. He's one of them and needed no prodding.
Susan Collins (Maine) - Liberal "republican", would have voted with the democrats in any case. She's one of them and needed no prodding.
Jeffery Chiesa (N.J.) - Christie appointed and no doubt Schumer approved "republican" appointee; to get the job he needed to be for immigration reform.
Sens. Bob Corker (Tenn.) - willing dupe of the democrats; reliable moderate vote for any democrat agenda item
Lamar Alexander (Tenn.) - fellow willing dupe from Tennessee; reliable moderate for any democrat agenda item
Marco Rubio (Fla.) - hispanic Tea Party-elected senator that needed to be co-opted...to destroy him and remove a threat; weak-minded fool
Kelly Ayotte (N.H.) - another Tea Party-elected senator that they co-opted; hung around with McCain and Graham, then attended Obama dinner; pilloried by democrat groups after gun vote; as a result, she weakened and was co-opted
John Hoeven (N.D.) - don't know his story other than he's never been a conservative; probably hates conservatives; obviously easily duped into voting with the democrats a la Murkowski
Throw the rascals out! ALL of them!
Senator Corker, the assistant to GOP Senate leader Mitch McConnell, was designated as the point man for Republicans on this issue with his phony security amendment.
McConnell has to vote NO to save his own skin in next year’s election.
And these people have done what to help the Tea Party, who are the agents of their election in many cases?
Are they out their banging on the IRS like Darrell Issa and Trey Gowdy?
Nope. Voting to destroy the United States.
The Republican party establishment will never go against sitting Senators. Too much $$$ at stake for their donors.
Tea Party people gonna have to come up with their own people to run against them, like Cruz.
Throw the RINO’s like McConnell and others out who are voting NO to look good on this issue.
Jeff Flake (R-AZ) was not "duped" into anything by anyone. He is a closet liberal as you can get.
His position on opening up relations with Castro borders on 'lovemaking'....
And don’t forget other republicans that voted to bring this travesty up for debate...I’m talking about you, Ron Johnson.
McConnell has to vote NO to save his own skin in next year's election.
So does Cornball Cornyn.
I’m counting 14 Quislings. Weren’t there 15?
McConnell voted Aye in 2006. He’d be for it if he could and no doubt worked behind the scenes with Reid to move it forward, or at least didn’t assist in stopping it, which amounts to the same thing. Insidious.
“Im counting 14 Quislings. Werent there 15?”
I got the list from those who voted for cloture today. There may be one more who switched back.
Wicker, his phone was lit up like a Christmas tree.
I might be wrong but I think Cornyn got the message.
I half expected to see "Big John's" name on the list.
Let’s play a game.
There will be 52 Democrat votes, which means the RINOS need to provide 8.
Which 7 of the 15 RINOS will be allowed to vote no?
“I might be wrong but I think Cornyn got the message.”
he has certainly been hearing it from me for one.
