I had to present a paper in a Justice/Victimology class that criticized Mandala's handling following the end of apartheid. Basically, compensation was not awarded fairly, but was politicized. Imagine that.

I’m curious—where did this unabashed love for Mandela come from? I remember hearing his name in the news occasionally when I was a kid, but I don’t really know why the left are so enamored of him vs. some other terrorist guy. What makes Mandela so special to the left?
Sure, but the media will ensure that no one ever knows that. They have "Sainted" him and our "Thug in Chief" wants to visit him on his deathbed to get his blessing.
