Actually, Moore is requesting the Supreme Court of Alabama to remand a grand jury to examine Obama’s complete birth record file held by the State of Hawai’i and not just the final vital record after amendments.
It’s unfortunate Seizure does not understand allegations are made in a civil suit and a narrative is established to support the allegations, i.e. Obama was adopted and he several vital records concerning his birth. Seizure demands proof of adoption prior to discovery and Moore is lobbying the Court to allow discovery to prove Obama was adopted, he forfeited his U.S. Citizenship, naturalized as an Indonesian national and then naturalized as a U.S. Citizen.
Moore is not going on a fishing expedition to get something on Obama. He has made specific allegations concerning Obama’s nativity and eligibility to be President of the United States and would like a thorough investigation of Obama’s complete vital record file in Hawai’i.
Yes, I think the legal repercussions would be never ending.
For instance, the Bailout. If Obama wasn't President then the 2nd part of the Bailout would need be null and void. Now how do you undo that. That Money is gone AND if you don't revoke it then you set a legal precedent that if someone sneaks an ineligible candidate into the White House again anything he does will remain intact.
It seems trivial but it has far reaching consequences that many on both sides of the aisle would rather sweep under the rug than force a legal tsunami that would take years to unravel.
Myself I think it needs done if Obama is found to be ineligible to hold the Presidency but Congress Critters don't like to get into a legal mess that would force Then to revoke goodies they passed out to get elected.
Besides the Insurance industry will put major pressure on anyone who talks about removing Obama from office for reasons of ineligibility. It would mean their little coup that forces all Americans to be covered by insurance would fold like a cheap suit and they spent mega bucks to buy Obama and Congress to get that crap rammed through. They will not sit back and let it get destroyed without a major fight and they know the best way to stop it, is to never let it get started!

Summer 1980: Where was Obama? in Hawaii? in California? Where?
1. This was the summer after his first year at Occidental, 1979 to 1980.
2. Aug 4, 1980. Obama turns 19.
3. July 29, 1980: Obama signs Selective Service form in Hawaii. Supposedly. Just a few days before 19th birthday on Aug.4,1980.
4. Fact: No record of Obama holding a job from the first day he enrolled in Occidental in California in Aug. or Sept. 1979 until he graduated from Columbia 4 years later. So if he was in Hawaii for that summer, what was he doing if he was not working?
5. Are we to believe that Obama supported himself those four years only with scholarships and college loans, a period where somehow he managed to pay for a trip to Pakistan from New York? Give me a break.
6. My point is this: If it can be shown that Obama was NOT in Hawaii but in California when he supposedly filled out the Selective Service form on July 29,1980---for instance, people remember attending Obama's 19th birthday party in California and not in Hawaii---then I say that Obama is in a lot of political and legal trouble.

But it isn't proof that it occurred that way. There isn't much that is "standard" about Stanley Ann's early life.
It is pretty rare for people to go through the trouble and expense of a divorce if they were never really married.
The notion previously outlined by bluecat6 suggests a possible motive for going through all the trouble and expense. It creates an American paper trail for little Barry. One he might not otherwise have.
As for me, I haven’t seen the marriage license for any president’s parents.
Two points.
1. You are deflecting. (tu quoque) No other President has ever engendered this much desire to get to the bottom of his origins.
2. What other President's parents were such gutter trash as to get a divorce?
I’m thinking “shotgun marriage” for appearances with a knocked up bride followed by a quickie divorce so that Ann could legally marry Lolo Soetoro.
Who knows? It's not like it was ever a "real" marriage anyway. It's just curious that Hawaii can't come up with an official record to corroborate their list.
It's just one more oddity in this already insane narrative.
Yes, according to that theory, the actual organization that was contracted to handle children in this situation was the - Catholic Social Services of Connecticut. Sven has stated that it was one of 2 organizations contracted by the HHS to handle these types of cases in the 70’s. I don’t know if it’s possible to verify that or not, it should be I would think.

AL SoS Chapman has refused to thoroughly examine Obama’s complete vital statistics file to determine Obama’s eligibility. Moore has requested a grand jury be empaneled to gather evidence and make a determination as to whether or not it is reasonable to charge Obama with a crime for falsely asserting he was eligible for the Office of the President of the U.S. and getting placement on the Alabama ballot.

Thanks for the hopeful tip. Beck’s medical condition (loss of voice at times) may have emboldened him to risk loss of distribution of his channel and whatever threats were leveled against him after he took down Barry’s communist czar and communications director and was going after Jarrett. I believe his life was threatened in NYC.
I suspect that he has rationalized dissing “birthers” by preferring to take down Barry on his crony-socialist policies and not on A2 technicalities protected by a conspiracy of HI officials and the media as well as the GOP-e.
We shall see.
