Martinez knew that someone had taken her emails when they showed up with Democratic officials/operatives. She alerted the US Attorney and the FBI who investigated beginning last year and this past week charged a former person in her campaign. However, what the Martinez campaign was derelict in doing, as every employer knows or should know, when a person in your organization leaves you change user names and passwords to accounts and emails.
