if she presented that to the state, then she needs to be subpoenaed.
of course, just like a friend cannot present your license for you... all candidates must submit the qualifying paperwork themselves... which includes citizenship verification and in the case of the POTUS, natural born citizen eligibility documents.
so... did the supervisors office not collect the data? if so, they perpetrated fraud and someone needs to be charged.
of course, even if the paper work was not filed THEN... it must still be filed NOW, for the 2012 and 2008 elections... just to insure the records are straight
if you don’t think that’s important since it’s so long ago, try that with the IRS

Allen v Obama, Arizona Superior Court Judge Richard E. Gordon: “Arizona courts are bound by United States Supreme Court precedent in construing the United States Constitution, and this precedent fully supports that President Obama is a natural born citizen under the Constitution and thus qualified to hold the office of President. Contrary to Plaintiffs assertion, Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1874), does not hold otherwise.”—Pima County Superior Court, Tuscon, Arizona, March 7, 2012
