OK, so does “inapt” = “innapropriate”, or inept?
Means inappropriate, but seldom used.....could also mean inept but I’ve never seen it used that way at all.....

Since they call the First Family’s Living Quarters “an apartment” within the White Hut, I am betting the comment was “in appt.” activities. Do you suppose he was “doing his duty” with Mooch? If that was the case, maybe we should cut him some slack. I mean just ugh!
