Local Boston video showed suspect on the ground after shootout.
Can’t be sure, but cops tried giving verbal commands to the suspect and to get a response - one of the voices [don’t know if it was suspect’s or a cop’s] sounded to have foreign accent ...

Boston CBS affiliate - WBZ - showing a blonde guy laying prone on the ground, saying he's one of the Boston Massacre bombers.
Now they're saying this blonde perp shot the MIT police officer.
Is this blonde guy one of the Boston Marathon bombers??
