I saw nothing to date that indicated the boy was 'sent' anywhere. Rather, it seems there was a matter of identity to be sorted out, and the charity was the appointed authority. There's really no speculation necessary imo, she had him removed from her passport, that much we do know; he travelled on a passport of his own, and IF there was nothing to indicate to immigration officials at the airport upon his arrival that he had any relationship to the people who claimed to be his grandparents...

Why would they just hand him over?.. If he landed as Barack Hussein Obama 11 without a return ticket to Indonesia, what would you expect immigration to do?

The very least the authorities would have required is a birth certificate or confirmation of the identity of his birth mother. Obviously the divorce documents which showed Stanley Ann Dunham as the custodial parent wasn't sufficient. If immigration asked for a birth certificate and that document wasn't provided...(you can fill in the blanks)

I ask myself, if I were to send a child to another country on their own passport without a return ticket and no evident relatives (other than 'my grandparents are supposed to be picking me up') what might I expect to take place at the other end?

And now compound that by the possibility that he had AN INDONESIAN PASSPORT.

When Michelle said that his mother was very young and single when she had him...I think she also said they were on foodstamps. What Michelle didn't tell you is that Lolo and Stanley Ann filed a JOINT TAX RETURN in Hawaii in 1973. A tax return on which they DID NOT CLAIM a son or a stepson. They claimed ONE CHILD and that child was MAYA.

It's possible that the Dunham couple, as guardians appointed, were automatically entitled to claim certain benefits on behalf of the child. A record probably exists somewhere. Michelle would not have opened her mouth unless there's some smoke there.

‘Dreams’ describes how SAD tells him she will follow in a year or less. ‘Dreams’ describes how he waves goodbye to her and Lolo at the airport in Indonesia. AND THAT’S ALL WE HAVE.

LIA (who died suddenly) spent something like three months with zero and the Dunhams in Hawaii possibly the summer before...so he must have had his own passport, but if he had a return ticket, I imagine his arrival would not have presented a problem. He ceased to be a visitor or tourist if he came alone without a return ticket, is my understanding.

Plus his ancestors on both sides were slave owners or slave traders.

Or admit that Stanley Ann Dunham wasn't even in Hawaii when 'they' married or when their child was supposedly born, and that the kenyan didn't know he had a wife and child in Hawaii until three weeks after zero was supposedly born, according to his immigration documents.

Then explain why I was bothering to check on kids placed at church organizations by the state back in the 80s when I was a CPS worker? Also, explain why the church orphanage by my childhood home had state placed kids there when I was a kid in the 70s.

The situations you brought up involved state or local government, not the federal government. That's a little different from the scenario alleged by Sven Magnussen regarding the young Obama.

Also, did the church organizations you reference have formal contracts with the state or local government, as SvenMagnussen alleges the federal government had with Catholic Social Services of Connecticut c. 1971? In other words, was the state or local government paying the church organizations to take care of those kids, or were the church organizations doing this on a charitable volunteer basis?

Exactly. So maybe instead of attacking the messenger as I am myself repeatedly attacked, it might serve better if we all attempted to find out a little more about what really happened.

From the little we do know, it seems he arrived in the summer prior to the commencement of Grade Five. It's doubtful this was the same journey from Indonesia to Hawaii that he undertook with little LIA (who died suddenly) to whom Madelyn gave the 'monkey-doll' - so he must have made at least TWO trips, possibly three; one prior to Christmas in 1969, one with LIA for a summer holiday (year unknown) and one when he arrived on his own after (according to 'Dreams' ) Stanley Ann Dunham promised to follow no more than a year later.

And THEN he did not live with 'his mother' and 'stepfather' as shown by the joint tax return filed by Mr & Mrs Soetoro for 1973.

That boy did have his own passport. What we don't know is the nationality on that passport.

There is a lot of fact in this thread and not being an attorney the legal ramifications confuse me. When I read your posts Cicero, I find I trust your words. Our learned dissertations, strong defense of contrary opinions, and exchange of details that are ALL parts of an intricate puzzle are simply quite marvelous.

Except for one thing.
That is, they accomplish nothing but add to the miasma surrounding the man Obama. Confusion=Cover.

While we deliver resounding salvos, he slips through the smoke and fog to do more damage to our Republic. He and Reggie lean back on AF1 and enjoy the cocktails. While Barack blasts in and out of sand traps with Tiger Woods, Michelle is off on a succession of "separate vacations," while the "girls" Spring Break somewhere else expensive. We complain about the man constantly. But frankly, since he does NO actual work, he cannot be "blamed" for anything! The worse we say he is, the stronger grows his support base. And just FYI, he is not running in 2016.

There has always been enough doubt about the man's identity and bona fides to have had him removed him from any state ballot in the land while it was sorted out. If the Bar of the State of Illinois could figure that out and permanently separate him from their ranks, one might be forgiven for thinking that a state attorney general could have reached the same conclusion and have taken him off a ballot while seeking clarification. That did not happen. The courts have refused to hear the case on its merits and that's that.

No amount of hard-learned information is going to change the situation if those in any authority refuse to act on the information. Even a redoubtable fellow like Lt.Col West, who agrees completely with the findings of the Cold Case Posse, refuses to comment. He says, "I have a future in politics and I don't want to jeopardize it."

Of course in an ideal Republic, NOT commenting would jeopardize his future. An idea? Do not mention the name "Obama" again. Instead concentrate on Program. Plan. Implementation. And LEADERSHIP. Again, FYI, we will not face The Mombasa MF in another Presidential Election. The strategy is simple enough. Obama becomes the "Whipping Boy," while a craftily chosen colleague like Hillary sneaks in. She has a brain, she is twice the Marxist Obama is, and will consolidate the socialist revolution underway now, if we are stupid enough to let her.

Speaking of leaders, I think if more Americans in leadership positions in the business world, the arts, the sciences could possibly bring themselves to simply acknowledge the validity of the questions about Constitutional Eligibility, the situation might be resolved in time for the next Presidential election in 2016.

We are not getting rid of Obama because he is Constitutionally Ineligible. Neither will he be impeached for document fraud. Normally, a politician can only be removed from office with (a) a dead girl ... or(b) a live boy ... in the car. Although he has clearly chosen option (b), his dedicated press corps will give him a pass.

We oppose Obama, but we offer no alternative, except "No Obama." Not good enough.
