People that send their kids to public schools in all but the most fearsomely conservative/liberty minded areas are idiots...

If a cop shows up at my house without something signed by a Judge or Magistrate and starts talking about taking my guns, well, let’s just say you’ll probably read about me in the papers.

Wow.

Here we have kids being kids.

Teachers, still freshly paranoid from Newtown, as well as their inbred liberal inclination, hear one of them say “gun.” They hear nothing else.

Teacher thinks, “If I do nothing, then I am responsible if something happens.”

Teacher calls cops (or tells administration and administration calls cops).

Everyone freaks.

The “process” takes over.

Dad loses right to bear arms.

Cops look like thugs because they are required to take steps or they will lose their jobs and pension.

Teacher feels like crap (maybe) because he/she now realizes he/she overreacted.

Kid wonders why he/she was suspended.

...

We are one f’ed up nation right now.

There are laws against anyone possessing a firearm after being accused (not convicted) of domestic violence with years of federal imprisonment for being found in possession. There are efforts to make similar laws regarding mental issues. Those are stepping stones to what you see in the article above and to disarming everyone.

A narrow interest political movement used successfully used that tactic and the tactic of evoking public emotional responses with publicized stories of victims, one at a time. That narrow interest movement is feminism.

Remember the Million Mom March? Take the warning, or not. You’re seeing our Second Amendment right being violated one subgroup at a time and helping the opposition to accomplish that.

"Mayer got a call from school officials...a teacher overheard the students talking and immediately called police and filed a report...the teacher told police something to the effect of,...School officials then “interrogated” the boys,...The school’s principal later informed the father...police officers were then deployed to his home..."

Clucking, gossip, more clucking, nagging, domineering and ordering the police they own to take action. See how that works? Awake, yet, after several decades of bad, bipartisan laws and policies? See who the bosses are?

I grew up in Suffolk County....40 miles east of mid-town Manhattan. I haven’t lived there since the 1970’s.

It was a good place to grow up when I was a kid, which was many years ago. My family had a house on two acres, and when I was in junior high school I had a BB gun. Most kids in those days did, too.

I still have a lot of relatives on Long Island. The real estate prices and the real estate taxes are insane.

police officers were then deployed to his home where he was advised by officers that they might have to confiscate his firearms,

Come on jack boot lickers! Let's hear how the police won'r\t confiscate our firearms. Waiting for the jackboot lickers to pipe up and say the police were just following orders

” He put his son on the bus and sent him off to school.”

That was his mistake, right there.

I know, some of us, that’s all we can do, but it’s just a bad strategy.

I love the South. I had a little incident which resulted in a gunshot wound to my hand (self inflicted). The police confiscated my gun and took my statement at the E.R. I never received any charges and the police gave me my weapon back after a 60 day waiting period of which I had no problem with. You got to love Dixie.

Fking Bull Shiite.

You shouldn’t need a license to own a gun and the cops shouldn’t be allowed to take your property on a hunch or mere hearsay.

Fags

Public schools are communist indoctrination centers, pedophile magnets, generally abusive of children and free fire zones for psychopaths. But they do have great programs for keeping vegetables STD-free.
