I think I heard that on FOX news the other night. Some bimbo insisting that the way to put an end to rape is to tell men not to rape women. Yeah, that’ll work!!

Exquisite touch there, that “disseminating” information turn of phrase.

What we need to do is tell men not to rape women. We need to clearly communicate the message that rape is an inappropriate way to interact with women. A hollow point presentation is much more informative than a Powerpoint presentation on this matter.

“What we need to do is tell men not to rape women.” She is right it works! I keep telling the Federal government to stop their outrageous spending and to have a Balanced Budget. They did it, right? Hello, MR Usurper Resident you cut spending like I asked you to, didn’t you?

From the article:
Urging women to take up arms is the wrong approach, Maxwell said. The primary responsibility lies with the men who commit rape. What we need to do is tell men not to rape women. We need to clearly communicate the message that rape is an inappropriate way to interact with women."Well, why they are at it, they could start initiatives such as...
...Robbery is an inappropriate way to interact with convenience stores' clerks and bank tellers.
...Abortion is an inappropriate way to interact with the pre-born.
...Drive-bys are an inappropriate way to represent yourself as your local "Welcome Wagon."
...And identity theft is an inappropriate way to emulate the person whose identity you're assuming.
There. Problems of the world solved.
Why didn't I think of that?

If you have made it to adulthood and and are unclear on the appropriateness of rape it is unlikely a stern talking to is going to make much difference.
Now, a piece of hot lead and copper in the gut, that might convince you!
