Here's an easy way to tell when your position isn't a conservative one. When you're standing with Van Jones, your position isn't a conservative one. When you're standing with Code Pink, then your position is not a conservative one.
No amount of noise or chest-beating is going to change that.

The reason we’ve lost our liberty in the past was that demagogues like Rand and Ron (and irrespective of political party — neither one is a conservative, and both are RINOs) were not challenged.

Agreed, and this is why we are STUCK and never get anywhere except to elect liberals. We cannot win anything without the support of some liberals on some issues. We’re outnumbered. But the GOP will stick us with yet another loser that we can waste our time on.

Ok, fine. May I ask you a question? Why have I never seen you take on Grover Norquist and his terrorist support...even to the point of taking them into the Bush White House. Now Norquist and his henchmen are taking over CPAC and the Tea Party label. CPAC attendees voted Jihad Watch the best blog, BUT he was allowed to accept it only if he agreed NOT to discuss Norquist and his radical islamic ties.
We need to clean the scum & terrorists out of our own ranks first...the PROVEN ones.

It is true that there are plenty of facts to back up your hypothesis on Social Issues, but on Founding Documents issues such as Checks and Balances, I find more examples of word and deed of the Paul’s support to take back our Liberty than to continue to cede it to the anti-culture Liberals in “both” political parties.
Thus, I oppose the Pauls on many issues, and support them on Checks and Balances, as written in the US Constitution.
Thus, I cheer their good efforts and oppose their bad ones. [It is truly a shame that they are not perfect like you and me!]
When choosing a Political Warrior, I choose the one who can deliver the coup de grace,’ and not the one who is clueless, but has a better pair of boots.

Good points! I’m not really up on Grover Norquist or CPAC and what’s going on there. I was happy that Ted Cruz reminded us all about “W” forcing a Texas court to answer to a UN international court with an Executive Order. Some here might do well to be reminded that “W” gave his word to sign the permanent extension of the Clinton AWB if Congress put it on his desk. One thing I can say for him is that he always kept his word.
That’s all real nice, I’ve read then all, but what has that got to do with you? I looked at your posts from September, and NO, I’m not going to look thru them all, and did not see anything by you about Grover Norquist. Why don’t you just point it out?
