John McCain has always been a hot head in DC. I remember seeing him blow up at the media during the GOP primary in 1999 and it was not a pretty sight. You think Clinton’s bad? McCain is worse as far as temper goes.

Maybe those “whacko birds” should do a poop fly-over on McCain!
- ...by softening its edge on some volatile social issues and altering its image as the party always seemingly "eager to go to war... We do need to expand the party and grow the party and that does mean that we don't always all agree on every issue" ... the party needs to become more welcoming to individuals who disagree with basic Republican doctrine on emotional social issues such as gay marriage... "We're going to have to be a little hands off on some of these issues ... and get people into the party," Paul said. [Rand Paul: Time for GOP to soften [immigration, gay marriage] stance]
- One day after announcing on his radio show that he is "truly considering" running in 2014 for the U.S. Senate seat now held by New Jersey's Frank Lautenberg, Rivera amped up his message today in a television interview and a column on the Fox News Latino website... a moderate Republican who is fiscally conservative but also supports gay marriage and Roe v. Wade... [Geraldo Rivera declares himself a 'moderate Republican' as he eyes U.S. Senate run]

I’m starting to realize why the North Vietnamese cut Mc.Cain loose to come home. I can hear them, now, “no, don’t kill him, send him back to America, where he will do us more good..”

I think we have to question the sanity of someone who would prefer to rant in the Senate chamber Senator Paul did achieve his immediate aim of getting the
the President should stop wasting his time trying to be nice to the Republicans. He doesn't need them. He's the Commander-in-Chief. That's all the authority he really needs to rule this country. He needs to use it more forcefully.
Good stabs at the ruling class. I knew it was satire when I saw the ping was from you, but this is the thinking in DC. I question Mcpain's sanity. Senator Paul got the attention of the American people. Most never knew what a filibuster was, until this week.

I’m starting to think of him as a dodo bird. These birds became extinct as they could not recognize their new predators as being dangerous, often walking right up to them.
