Barack Obama's 2012 Presidential campaign was described succinctly in this term:

Thing is, it's not over. There's always someone new in the GOP to destroy and today it's Marco Rubio, despite the pleadings of David Ignatius of the Washington Post.

But, you know, the Marco Rubio question gets to whether Obama can get out of the zero sum game Washington where to do something good on immigration reform, he's got to, you know, destroy Marco Rubio who is the Republican symbol of progress on that. And I'm looking to see whether he can lift his game beyond where he was in his inaugural address and really speak to the country, speak to the people who didn't vote for him as well as the people who did, and have a platform for really doing something.
Marco Rubio delivered the GOP rebuttal to Barack Obama's horribly repetitive State of the Union address, in which he said pretty much the same hollow and meaninginless things he's said over the last five years.
But then Rubio made a terrible mistake. He took a sip of water. Now anyone with half a brain knows that listening to an Obama speech can drain you of energy and vitality, but that did not stop the Obama State Run Media. They sprang into action to implement the words of their king- to destroy Rubio.

Rubio can come back from this easily if he laughs along with everyone else, turns it into a joke on himself, and gets lots of coaching and (nonrecorded) speech time in front of audiences so that he becomes even better in front of the camera than His Majesty Barack I.
Rubio should get some coaching, and in a few weeks make the rounds of the “hip” talk shows — Craig Ferguson, Leno, Jimmy Fallon, etc. If he can look cool and be funny on those shows, this will be a plus for him, not a minus. It’s up to him to turn it around. If he’s smart enough to do that, maybe he’s smart enough to be POTUS too.
No need to destroy Marco Rubio. The more he opens his mouth, the more clear he makes it that he has jumped the shark and sides with the GOPe.
Which means that every time he speaks, he destroys himself.
And, yes, I read the article and know it is about the DBM attacks on him over the drink of water.

Marco Rubio has already disqualified himself from deserving the support of conservatives by his refusal to acknowledge his ineligibility for the Officee of the President due to his not being a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution. He is acting in violation of the Oath of Allegiance he was required to swear upon taking his legislative office. When you consider the American lives lost to protecvt and defend the United States and the Constitution which gives life to the principles affording us our freedoms and liberties, Rubio’s decision to not respect the Constitution’s eligibility clause amounts to a disrespect for the United States Citizens, the Constitution, and the people who ddied to defend them. Rubio is his own worst enemy by his own actions in defiance of the Constitution and his obligations under the Oath of Allegiance.
Probably the best thing for Conservatives is to get Rubio out now .....he is Amnesty Liberal and the Dems know that Real Conservatives will not vote for an Amnesty Liberal.
Its time to move on from Rubio...he is too liberal and not eligible
