“Date Filed” indicates a court adjudication has taken place. The registrar has made a filing of vital statistics as the Court order dictates.
“Date Accepted” indicates the registrar has accepted the affidavits of the mother, delivery doctor, and hospital admin as true and correct vital statistic information.
If Obama’s vital statistic record had not been adjudicated in Court post-1961, his COLB would have “Date Accepted” on it.
