...here we are 392 years later come full circle - on a thread discussing leaving the country because of Government interference onto our rights and liberties.

The rights and liberties you speak of, have only been enjoyed by Americans these last 236 years because someone stood up and fought for them to begin with. They were never given to our people.

If you think the solution to the erosion and possible loss of those rights is to flee, then by all means, go. Maybe you'll find a new country, run by a benevolent dictator who grants you all the freedoms you're unwilling to fight for.

I applaud your take a stand rhetoric, truly I do. But unfortunately, I don't see it translating into real corrective action. Kelo vs. New London cannot be reversed. How do we reverse a bad Supreme Court decision? Why is there no interest or effort to do so? Suppose I remain in US and my property is stolen from me under the same unlawful criteria as in Kelo why would any fight for my right, when no one fought for Kelo's?
