Usually whenever a new birth certificate is created it REPLACES the first one. That means it is given the same BC# and the first BC is sealed (cannot be accessed any more except through a court order.) The HDOH cannot verify any facts from a sealed birth certificate.
The only instance in which a new BC is created but does not replace the first one is when the new BC is a fake with false information, created at the request of law enforcement. In that instance, the newly-created false BC is given a different number so that both the fake BC and the first one are in the database.
That is the only instance where one person can have 2 unsealed birth certificates at the same time without a court order.

According to Hawaii §338-21 , Obama could feasibly have two or maybe three legal “ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES OF BIRTH”. If the HDOH can’t verify facts from the sealed birth certificate what’s the point of verifying a document that has been altered to suit their purposes?
What is needed is the “ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH” that was issued at the time of birth but no judge will ever issue a court order to release it. If Obama has an authentic birth certificate from the state of Hawaii then my question is ”WHY DID THE WHITE HOUSE POST A FAKE BIRTH CERTIFICATE ON THE INTERNET? WHAT IS OBAMA HIDING?”

What happened to the print? Why the white splotches?
In my years of genealogy searches, I have copied and pasted many PDF documents and never had one come apart like the Obama BC. Shouldn’t the pasted image look exactly like the copied image? This appears to be proof enough that the document was pieced together and is obviously a fake. Send that to your members of Congress and everyone else you know.
