I just found out that all the faxes I sent to the Republican members of Congress have been referred to just the 3 Congress-critters who represent me. I need everybody to contact your own Congress members and let them know that Hawaii registrar Alvin Onaka has certified to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that Obama's Hawaii birth certificate is not legally valid.
Bennett asked Onaka to verify, among other things, that Obama, male, was born on Aug 4, 1961, in Honolulu on Oahu to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama. According to Hawaii law, Onaka has to verify any submitted information if he can certify that the birth actually happened that way. And though Onaka verified that the claims on the White House image are claimed on the record they've got, he did not verify the truth of any of those facts. The only lawful reason for that is if the record they have is not legally valid.

Two other verifications (to MDEC and to KS SOS Kris Kobach) are also consistent with a non-valid record. Onaka has been willing to say that the claims that are actually on the White House image "match" the claims on the record but is NOT willing to say that the information is "identical" or that the White House image is a "true and accurate representation of the original record on file". His refusal to verify what he was specifically asked is his confirmation that those things are NOT true. It is NOT a true and accurate representation of the original record and the information in it is NOT identical to the information in the real record. IOW, the White House image is a forgery.
Which is what affidavits by Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse commander, Mike Zullo, also say.
This fits with the 1960-64 birth index being altered to include non-valid records (which I've proven in an affidavit filed for a NE criminal case). And a bunch of other evidence too.
The long and short of it is this: Hawaii has officially certified that they cannot verify Obama's date of birth, city and island of birth, and parents' names. Those are critical to eligibility. With no legally-established birth facts, there is nobody who can certify that Obama is eligible, and every Official Certification of Nomination that Bob Bauer sent to the state SOS's to get Obama on the ballot are fraudulent at best.
IOW, every electoral vote that Obama got was the result of legally-acknowledged (by Hawaii) fraud.
We need the members of Congress to know that every electoral vote for Obama that they accept tomorrow is a vote to accept known criminal behavior.
Please help me get this word out to everybody, since the "machine" will only let me contact 3 people, and I've already done that. We need one Senator and one Representative to object to all the known-fraudulent electoral votes for Barack Obama.
The entire thing is a CRIMINAL MATTER. It won’t be solved by bringing civil suits. Someone needs to issue a VALID WARRANT and no one has done that. It’s the only way anyone will pry those records out of HDOH.
I admire your tenacity and I know you have worked long and hard to see this through, but you are going to hit a dead end unless there is a criminal complaint followed by a warrant...and no one, including Arpaio has even come close. In fact when Arpaio started this Cold Case Posse, he made very clear that it was NOT obama he was investigating or accusing. Go back and you will see for yourself that he reiterated that on more than one occasion.
If he was serious about getting to the bottom of this, as a Sheriff, he has the power to issue a warrant which he never did.
The bottom line of the verification letter is that someone named "Barrack Hussein Obama, II" was born in Honolulu at 7:24PM on an unspecified date (but before 8-7-61). If that's not the current president's birth, whose does it refer to?
Actually, Onaka verified 10641 as Obama’s BC#, and that particular BC# could not have been on Obama’s BC in 1961, based on either of the 2 contradictory numbering methods that have been claimed publicly (by current Communications Director Janice Okubo or by 1961 local registrar Verna K L Lee). In addition there are at least 2 other August 1961 BC#’s on BC copies issued by the HDOH within the last year or so which could not have been on those BC’s in 1961.
So Onaka’s verification to Ken Bennett of the BC# for Obama’s record tells us that the HDOH itself has been playing musical chairs with Obama’s 1961 BC#. And other HDOH BC’s issued within the last year or so show us that at least 2 other people have had their BC#’s changed by the HDOH.
The only reason allowable for anybody to be assigned a different number than the one they originally had is if law enforcement requests a fabricated BC to be created for a person because they are in danger unless they have a fake BC. In such a case, the fake BC will say whatever law enforcement (Eric Holder, anyone?) tells the HDOH it has to say. Which is apparently what happened with Obama.
The law does NOT authorize the HDOH to steal anybody else’s BC# in order to give it to the person “in danger”, but if the HDOH had given Obama a BC# at the tail end of the 1961 BC#’s already issued it would have been known immediately to be fishy. Instead the HDOH apparently switched around a bunch of 1961 BC#’s until they landed on somebody whose record could never be checked (because the infant who died had never been given a first name) and they let that infant get a BC# from the tail end of the 1961 numbers. That’s what the evidence strongly suggests to me, and I’ve got other evidence to back this up as well.
If that is the case, then the BC on file in Hawaii, that Onaka is saying the information from the White House image matches, is a total fabrication BY THE HDOH AT THE REQUEST OF LAW ENFORCEMENT, under the authority of Hawaii statute.
Some of that may be true (date and parents' names), but the place of birth is stated unambiguously on the verification letter (scroll to the bottom of the link provided in the top post). If you are going to pursue this (which I do not recommend), please get the details correct.
It is both a criminal matter and a Constitutional matter.
I do have a criminal complaint filed in Nebraska. Does no good to file it against Obama right now because nobody could arrest him anyway, but it is against DNC Counsel Bob Bauer, for suborning perjury and committing election fraud by submitting a fraudulent Official Certification of Nomination to get Obama on the Nebraska ballot - since he was informed in advance by attorney Larry Klayman that Onaka had confirmed the non-validity of Obama’s HI BC and thus nobody can LAWFULLY swear that Obama is qualified to be POTUS.
But whether Obama is a criminal or not (and the evidence says he is), he CANNOT qualify to be President without any legally-established birth facts, and that is what Congress needs to deal with.
Palmer, you’re not comprehending what I said. The BC on file DOES claim “male”. It DOES claim Aug 4, 1961.... etc. Onaka verified that those are the claims on the record they have.
He didn’t say that he verified that Barack Hussein Obama, II, male, was born on Aug 4, 1961 in Honolulu on the island of Oahu, to mother Stanley Ann Dunham and father Barack Hussein Obama because the record which makes those claims is legally non-valid. That is the only LAWFUL reason for him to fail to verify those facts that were submitted to him for verification as the way that the birth really happened.
The letter says BC #10641 was issued on 8-8-61. Can you show a 10640 or lower issued after 8-8-61? Or do you have (evidence of) a 10642 or greater issued before 8-8-61? If so, please provide scans or links or whatever. Thanks.
If Onaka was actually verifying that Obama was born in Honolulu, then why did he not also verify that he was born on the island of Oahu?
The law requires Onaka to verify ANY information submitted for verification, and Oahu was submitted for verification. Why did Onaka not verify Oahu as Obama’s birth island, when the law specifically requires him to verify ANY fact submitted for verification?
It never says when that BC# was issued.
This isn’t the time to go into the minutiae of why I said what I did on that particular subject. You’d have to understand what both Okubo and Verna Lee have said and go through the statistical analysis of the BC#’s. But the first step for you (and the Congress-critters) is to understand that Onaka’s failure to verify everything submitted for verification reveals that the record they have is not legally valid.
In points 1-12 in the letter Onaka is verfiying that one “Barrack Hussein Obama, II” was born in Honolulu Hawaii, etc without an exact date or birth or names of the mother or father. The fact remains that someone with that name was born in the specified hospital, else there would be no birth certificate on file.
I asked a simple question in 107 in response to your 103 which does indeed go into minutiae, just not relevant minutiae. If you expect any recipient in Congress to take your claims seriously, then please answer my simple question with a simple answer.

As explained by Attorney Larry Klayman in a letter to DNC Counsel Bob Bauer (which can be seen at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2012/09/complete-klayman-letter-to-bauer.pdf ), the Hawaii state registrar has issued a certified letter of verification indicating that Obama’s HI BC is non-valid.

Though most of the world believes the media version rather than what the law actually says, the fact is that Hawaii verified that they have no legally-determined birth date, birth place, or birth parents for Obama. Without knowing those facts for Obama, there is no way anybody can lawfully say Obama has qualified and no way that he actually ever COULD qualify.
To get Obama’s name on the state ballots, DNC Counsel bob Bauer submitted an Official Certification of Nomination claliming that Obama is qualified to serve as President. That cannot be known without legally-established birth facts for Obama, and Hawaii law says the only way to legally determine his birth facts is if the record is presented as evidence to a judicial or administrative person or body and it is decided whether the claims on the BC have any legal or evidentiary value.
Until that happens it is LEGALLY KNOWN that he cannot qualify to be President. The 20th Amendment says that if the President elect “fails to qualify” by the beginning of his term, he must not “act as President”.
Unless Obama is taken to court and forced to present his birth record as evidence so the legal value of it can be determined and legal birth facts established, Obama can NEVER “qualify”.
Obama was placed on every state ballot through an Official Certification of Nomination claiming him to be qualified, which Hawaii has now revealed is fraudulent, since there are no legally-established birth facts for Obama. Every electoral vote Obama has received is thus legally acknowledged to be acquired through fraud. You must challenge the certification of the electoral vote.
If the electoral vote is certified today, you and/or other members of Congress need to file a suit challenging Obama’s ability to “act as President” because without legally-established birth facts he has NEVER qualified as required by the 20th Amendment.

Two questions: why isn't the letter sufficient evidence that a BC is on file. 2. If the answer is that the some number of facts were not verified (date and parents's names), then why can't Bennett submit another request to verify those facts?
As I just explained, the anomalous BC#’s reveal that the BC Onaka was looking at is a total fabrication. HI statute allows a BC to be totally fabricated if law enforcement believes somebody is in danger.
Gov Abercrombie’s push to come up with a BC for Obama was right around the same time as AZ state legislator Judith Burges said she was going to re-introduce her eligibility bill (which Brewer had previously vetoed). It was right after the landslide in 2010 and they had a veto-proof majority so Abercrombie said publicly that he was going to show the world Obama’s BC because this would cause problems in the 2012 election otherwise.
Shortly after that Judge John Roll (the judge who would hear challenges to the eligibility law) was killed instantly in the same shooting that put Gabby Giffords in the hospital.
Shortly after that Abercrombie told a Star-Advertiser columnist that his investigation had found something in the archives “actually written down”. This sounded screwy for a BC in the bound book where it was supposed to be, so Abercrombie’s friend, Mike Evans, called for the low-down and Abercrombie told him that he couldn’t find a BC anywhere.
Shortly after Evans told the world what Abercrombie had said, Abercrombie and his AG forced HDOH Director Neal Palafox to resign, though pretending like he resigned for personal reasons. Palafox has a spine and told people he didn’t know why he resigned, so eventually Abercrombie had to confess that he had forced Palafox to resign.
In his place, then, was Loretta Fuddy, who immediately began changing the protocols (against the statutes) so that only the people SHE specifically allowed would ever be able to see original birth records. Not long after that we started seeing the manipulated BC#’s showing up, and Obama’s forged long-form.
Think of that timeline and realize that once law enforcement could claim that Obama could be in danger unless he had a fake BC created that would appease the “crazy Arizona birthers”, the grounds were laid for Obama to have a totally fabricated BC that says whatever Eric Holder wanted it to say. They just needed to get the HDOH to do it. The problem was that only people born in Hawaii are allowed to get a fabricated BC like that, and they had nothing in their office which legally established that Obama WAS born in Hawaii. So Palafox resisted and had to be gotten rid of.
And after Fuddy ordered Onaka to create the fake, Onaka also resisted because he knew that it was fraud on the part of Fuddy, to have a valid BC created to replace a non-valid one. I believe that is why the fabrication was done so badly, and the stamp with TXE included, and the smiley face added - AND THE NOTATIONS OF LATE AND ALTERED. Onaka was putting up red flags to let the world know there was a problem. Fuddy only saw him copy the BC; she didn’t know it was a bad fabrication and she didn’t see Onaka put a TXE stamp on it or add a smiley-face to his signature, or add the LATE and ALTERED stamps before putting it into an envelope and sealing the envelope to be given to Corley.
When the envelope was opened, Obama’s people had to scramble. They couldn’t show the BC that noted its non-validity. That’s why they had to cobble together a PDF version to post online. That’s why they had to print out a green copy and apply some kind of “seal” that would fool Savannah Guthrie because she could feel something raised but that barely shows up in a photo and is too indistinct to mean anything.
That’s what I believe happened, and the facts we know support that theory.
HE DID ask for all of that. It was in the actual application form. His first 2 sentences in the letter where he requested additional information to be verified:
“Enclosed please find a request for a verification in lieu of a certified copy for the birth record of Barack Hussein Obama II. In addition to the items to be verified in the attached form, please verify the following items from the record of birth…...”
He specifically says that the items in the request for a verification are to be verified. That request form had the following information submitted: male, Aug 4, 1961, Honolulu, Oahu, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Hussein Obama.
Onaka wouldn’t verify the truth of ANY of those things. And if the record was valid he was required to verify ALL of them.
He can’t just verify part of what was requested to be verified, if what was requested is all claimed on a legally-valid BC. Onaka verified that the claims on the White House image are the claims on the BC at the HDOH. So any fact from the White House image that was submitted was really and truly on the BC Onaka was looking at and would HAVE to be verified as true if that BC was legally valid.
Gender, DOB, city of birth, island of birth, mother’s maiden name, and father’s name were all submitted for verification. If that was a valid record he had to verify ALL of that, not just pick out one thing and verify it. If he truly verified Honolulu as the real city of birth, by law he also had to verify that Oahu was the real island of birth, since that was a fact submitted for verification. If he didn’t verify Oahu as the real island, then he must not have been verifying Honolulu as the real city either.

Did anyone watch “Elementary” last night? The episode centered around a Russian spy family. Sherlock said the American born daughter of the Russians could one day become POTUS. Sure, it’s tv, but this is the sort of thing that the uninformed remember. People are influenced and learn from tv. Hussein knows this and Hollywood is pimping for him. Back during the campaign, “Eureka” kept showing a picture of hussein every few seconds again and again and again so much that that show will never even be background noise in this house.
First of all, the “cobbling” in the WH doc (COLB in your link on page 7) is an partly digitized scan created by some photoshop monkey in the WH. He/she took the COLB that was mailed to them from Hawaii (a verified fact), processed it for OCR, then printed the result. The original was not created in the WH, only reprocessed as I described. It’s nothing more than a distraction created by some idiot in the WH for people like you. Second, you have not amswered my simple question about BC# anomalies: 1. is there evidence of a COLB with a number > 10641 and date < 8-8-61 or one with a number < 10641 and date > 8-8-61? Yes or no. Third, regarding your conspiracy, if Onaka was ordered to create a fake why did he just verify the requested facts? He verified all the facts that he was requested to verify (along with the two he added).
