You might try Joe Manchin of WV. He is at heart a conservative who has bought the cool-aid. He is the only one I can think of who “could” be persuaded.
WV is one of the states where Obama perjured himself twice. If there’s anybody who hates being lied to, this should definitely rub them the wrong way.
