ok, so if someone voted 10 times with 10 different names, the name/signature is still on the books. I think that is what people are talking about, if you look at the names there is little doubt you could find plenty of dead people suddenly rising to vote.
We are all aware that the ballot does not have your name on it -

The multiple voters do NOT register with the same name.
They will register with fictitious names! They will register under dead people’s names. There were thousands of voters in 2012 over 100 years old! Not many people live past 100.
Then there are voters who register from different states, different counties when they travel. If I am visiting my brother in another state or county, I can go down to the county office, use my brother’s address and register.
In WA state here, we have 100% voting by mail. No one has ever seen my face while voting since I never have to appear in person. I can register in every county in state. It will take a lot of effort to detect my multiple voting pattern. No county will spend the money to do it.
